ECZEMA ASSOCIATED WITH A HIGHER RISK OF HEART DISEASE?
A large UK-based cohort study has shown that adults with active atopic eczema have an increased risk of cardiovascular events. This might mean that we should be considering actively promoting cardiovascular disease prevention in this group, in the same way as we do for other at-risk groups.
