BEING KIND TO OTHERS LEADS TO BETTER WELL-BEING
Otake et al. (2006) carried out a study looking at the association between kindness and happiness in everyday life. The study found that kindness is a combination of emotional, behavioural and motivational components. While kindness is greater than an emotional experience alone, it has been demonstrated to have a clear emotional undercurrent; namely, compassion. The study also found that performing acts of kindness led to greater well-being for individuals.
Conclusion: If you want to increase your well-being, perform an act of kindness!Visit Details
