WELLNESS COACHING

Wellness coaching helps clients look at health, well-being and emotional issues during consultations. Clients are able to look at specific areas that they want to look at in their life, for example looking at their diet and the food that they eat. By using up to date medical research and evidence to help devise personalised and individualised plans, clients are able to set their own goals with a timeline of when they would like to achieve these.
